Dr. Jennifer Sweet

Dr. Sweet knew as a little kid she would be a doctor helping people be healthier. Her nearly life-long study of the human body began in 8th grade when her aunt introduced her to weightlifting. As a freshman in high school, she began powerlifting and could bench press more than a lot of the boys on the football team. That passion led into Exercise Science studies at the University of Florida and a career path in Sports Medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer. While she wasn’t a doctor yet, she was learning more and more about fixing bodies through evaluating and treating athletic injuries for college and high school athletes. Dr. Sweet knew almost nothing about chiropractic until a sports chiropractor came to work with the high school football team in 1997. She was impressed with his knowledge of the body, injury mechanisms, etc and a year later, she was enrolled at Life University in Marietta, GA for chiropractic school to learn more ways to help fix bodies.

Because of her experience as an ATC, Dr. Sweet worked with Life University’s collegiate sports teams during chiropractic school alongside some of the world’s best sports chiropractors. She had the privilege of watching, learning and picking up chiropractic pearls not taught in regular classes. She graduated in 2002 and a few years later moved here to Arizona. In 2007, she opened Next Level and in 2015 she moved the practice to Prescott. For Dr. Sweet, the learning never stops. She continues to expand Next Level introducing techniques and modalities that truly contribute to fixing the body.
